Hello ... and welcome. Well ... summer came slow and went fast, out here on the west coast. Autumn is here with some of the familiar rain and lot's of harvest. We're busy harvesting, canning, freezing, drying and stowing away our winter food supply. What a blessing and joy it is to grow our own food. I'm also getting ready for the dates in November (View Tour Dates) with the LQ TRio w/ Farley Scott - Bass, Billy Hicks - Drums and also some dates with the new Duo Billy and myself. Looking forward to it all ... hope to see you there. Please inform your people and those you think might be into coming out to one of the shows. Thanks, take care Lester

Hello... Summer has finally arrived and I'm grooving on the warmer days.
We're doing a few festivals this summer, please see tour page for details and more info, and also looking forward to some show's in Alberta and BC in the fall.
I am working on putting together a new project ... will keep you posted on that.

Hello there .... It seems summer seems to have come and gone and hopefully we are still in for nice fall weather.We had some great performances this past summer ... the highlight's being Music Fest in Courtenay, BC and the Calgary Bluesfestival. Both saw the TRio (Music Fest, w/ Joby Baker, bass and The Calgary Bluesfest w/ Farley Scott, bass) in fine form, in fact I don't think we've ever played better. Wish there were 10,000 people there and we had some of it on video ... oh well.
This fall we're heading out for some dates at the end of October and beginning of November, check out the tour page for more info and details.
I have finally got a Facebook page happening to stay in contact with everyone and update things. I will attempt to keep it happening, but need your help, as I'm not very computer savvy (I still play cassette tapes hey) and need some 'friends'. So go to http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lester-Quitzau
